Hourly Charter Rates
Both Alphard and Hiace Wagon are available for a minimum booking of four hours.

- Rates may vary depending on distance and itinerary.
- Billable time runs from departure from our Tokyo base until the car returns.
- An additional JPY 1,100 per hour applies to travel between 10 pm and 5 am.
- Tolls, parking and other necessary out-of-pocket expenses are charged separately.

- Additional charges may apply depending on the language support required, the language and the date.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel a confirmed booking for your own reasons, the following charges apply. Before confirming your booking, please review the conditions we provide for counting days, the scope of the base rate and any bank transfer fees for refunds.
